Brian Merka was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He received his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in Waco and graduated from the prestigious Baylor Interdisciplinary Core Honors Program. After college, Brian worked in the auto industry and helped manage customer service and marketing for one of the largest auto dealerships in South Texas. He then returned to Houston and earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law – Houston.

 

After law school, Brian worked at one of the largest personal injury firms in Texas managing clients as well as associate attorneys. He was able to handle hundreds of cases from the first phone call to the trials and jury verdicts. Brian combines his dedication to hard work and client service to deliver the highest level of representation. Brian specializes in litigation for motor vehicle collisions, premises liability incidents, and workplace injuries.
